The snapt app is a native experience. On Android, we distribute the APK directly; you download and install it outside the Google Play Store. On iOS, we use the web app wrapper, which runs in Safari without needing App Store approval. How to install snapt on your device

1. Download the snapt APK or open snapt.bet in your browser

   On Android, visit snapt.bet and tap the download link. On iOS or web, open snapt.bet directly in Safari, Chrome, or your default browser.

2. Allow installation from unknown sources (Android only)

   Android will ask to verify the app source. Tap "Install anyway" or enable "Unknown sources" in Settings > Security. This is safe for APKs from trusted sites.

3. Create or log into your snapt account

   Enter your username, email, password, and verify your phone number. Complete email verification and national ID upload if this is your first login.

4. Deposit via your chosen payment method and start wagering

   Go to Deposit, select DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank. Complete the transaction and your balance updates instantly.

snapt app vs. browser: what's the difference

The snapt app offers offline cache — your account summary, recent bets, and balance display even if you lose connection for a moment. Push notifications alert you to match starts, live-casino seat availability, and promotion updates. The app loads market data in the background, so switching between Liga 1 and Piala AFF tabs is instantaneous. Your login persists across app restarts; you do not need to enter your password every time.

The browser experience is identical in functionality but requires a fresh internet connection each session. Bookmarking snapt.bet on your phone's home screen creates a pseudo-app icon that launches the browser each time. This works well if you prefer not to download an APK, but you sacrifice offline features and push notifications. Both paths connect to the same account and payment rails.

Troubleshooting Android APK installation

If your Android device blocks the APK, check your Security settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps and enable snapt's browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.). Your device then allows APK installation from that browser. This is a safety feature; Google Play Store enforces licensing restrictions that snapt does not comply with in all jurisdictions.

If you see a certificate warning, your phone is verifying our APK's digital signature. This is normal and does not mean the APK is unsafe. Tap "Install" to proceed. If installation still fails, try downloading again or use the browser version instead.

If the app crashes on launch, clear your device's cache (Settings > Apps > snapt > Storage > Clear Cache) and restart. If crashes persist, check that you are on Android 7 or later. For persistent issues, contact our support team via in-app chat or email.

Data, permissions, and account security on snapt

The snapt app requests permission to access your phone's camera (for national ID photo upload during verification), storage (to cache market data and account history), and internet connection (to communicate with our servers). The app does not access your contacts, calendar, or SMS without explicit user action. We encrypt all data in transit using SSL and store sensitive data (passwords, payment tokens) in your device's secure storage partition.

When you log into snapt, your credentials are transmitted once and stored locally on your device until you log out or uninstall the app. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or email protects against unauthorised access. If you lose your phone, log into snapt from another device and change your password immediately. Your account remains secure as long as you protect your password and 2FA code.
